The local ski hill has closed for the season, but there’s still excellent backcountry skiing to be found in the nearby mountains. One of the gifts we enjoy as Vancouver Islanders is the ability to access and experience the Alpine Lifestyle.

Over the years, I’ve forged many incredible relationships through climbing, skiing and enjoying that Alpine Lifestyle. Nowadays, I focus that energy on creating even more meaningful relationships with my wife and three children. (My eldest son skied over 60 days this past season, making me both a proud dad and a very envious dad.)
