Robbins and Company
Family values form the bedrock of Robbins and Company’s mission statement, and it all started with a promise Daryl Robbins made to his wife when he took the plunge that “regardless of how the business venture went, it would have no negative impact on our family”.
Five years on, Daryl is happy to report that he has kept his promise, even though it sometimes means he works after bedtime. It’s sentiment that he shares with all staff, as well. Other company initiatives include installing a staff fitness room, family events and flexible work-from-home options.
