Sustainability is at the heart of Ecofish Research’s mission. We believe that high-quality environmental assessment, monitoring and mitigation design services can help government and industry make better decisions, with benefits to the environment and society. At Ecofish we are proud to work with government, First Nations, and industry to help them meet their sustainability goals. We focus on renewable energy projects for the likes of BC Hydro, Kwagis Power, and Innergex Renewable Energy, collaborating with regulators to deliver truly sustainable developments that avoid major effects and even enhance local habitats.

Since opening our head office in Courtenay in 2004, we have grown to become one of Canada’s fastest growing companies. Ecofish is committed to sustainability and making a lasting contribution to the communities we work in. Our corporate practices minimise our environmental footprint, conserve energy, and ensure a safe environment for our employees and partners. We are proud of our contribution to the local environment – we have donated hundreds of professional services to habitat assessment and enhancement projects, here in the Comox Valley and in the other communities we live in.
