With final approval on the seven five-acre parcels imminent at Miracle Beach Estates, principal Kip Keylock is excited.

“The approval process is moving forward,” says Keylock. “And while nothing is for sale at this moment, for those who have not been out to the site lately, the roads are now covered, the lots are all defined and easily seen, the ditches underway and we are starting the underground services soon! Things are happening quickly, and we could not be happier.”

At an ‘open lot’ event in June, prospective buyers walked the area. “The lots are well marked,” says Kip. “The visual impact of how large 5 acres really is and how private each lot will be really had an effect on people.”

Miracle Beach Estates is located midway between Comox and Campbell River and is part of the CVRD’s Regional Growth Strategy. The area is zoned for two homes on each 5 acre lot, and each home can have a ‘secondary accessory building’. The property is zoned residential, no commercial.
